Mycenax’ CHO platform uses the Thermo Fisher CHO-S system and a streamlined platform process for cell line generation. For all CHO cell lines, we ensure monoclonality by a state-of-the cell imaging system, titer stability, and robust scale-up in a 5 L bioreactor.
Mycenax’ SP2/0 platform uses an SP2/0-Ag14 host cell line and streamlined platform process. For all SP2/0 cell lines, we ensure monoclonality by a state-of-the cell imaging system, titer stability, and robust scale-up in a 5 L bioreactor.
Mycenax’ HEK platform uses the Thermo Fisher Expi293F system and a streamlined platform process for protein production by transient transfection using animal-derived component free (ADCF) materials. HEK platform is suitable for producing the protein with post-translational modification in human, with toxicity to cells, or which is not stable in long-term cell culture.
